(1) In the course of the investigation and investigation of the crime, if any person is found to have criminal assets or instruments, or if there is sufficient reason to suspect that such assets or instruments have been hidden by any body, organization or person, he shall conduct a search for such assets or instruments.
(2) In the course of conducting a search in accordance with sub-rule (1), the investigating officer may interrogate, take statements, search and seize the property obtained by following the procedure in accordance with the prevailing law.
